Waste of time, I went to return a pair of shoes that were bought a few days ago. The shoes were roughly, $140 and they did not have enough cash to return the item.

The store is small and does not have a lot of the coach options. Customer service on the phone and at the store was not that great. Coach policy to not have cash on hand at any store, and only give out a gift card or a check mailed in 2 weeks has turned me off.
