  This Ruby Tuesday is located right next to the Holiday Inn Express on 12 Mile Road. Our company just arrived in Novi after a 26 hour road trip from Texas, checked into the hotel, and decided we would grab dinner at Ruby Tuesday. The hostess who greeted us literally rolled her eyes when we answered that it would be a party of 12 for dinner. She admonished us that we should have made a reservation as they were short staffed. She very begrudgingly said she would seat us, but that we really needed to make a reservation next time. We decided it was best not to patronize this location, as obviously the customer service is severely lacking. Please make sure if you want to patronize this location that you make a reservation so you are not greeted with an incredibly rude attitude upon arrival.
