  July 2009, I was involved in a rollover accident which left me with 4 fractures in my neck. The doctors put me in a halo for 3 months with no surgery.
  For those of you who don't know about halos, after being in one for 3 months, you loose all muscles in your neck and shoulders and when it comes off, you GRAB hold up your head with both hands, because it feels like you head will roll off.
  Physical Therapy: I spent months going to physical therapy to regain movement on my neck. I could turn my head left/right 3- 5º with a struggle.
  Gradually, and with a lot of work, I regained more movement with my neck, but I still had my challenges. The biggest one, while driving, I could look left and right at an intersection, but ONLY if I turned with my waist.
  
  Fast forward 7 years. After going to many physical therapist, some better than others. Some... I never went back for a second visit. I came to a conclusion this was the best mobility I would achieve.
  One day, I was told about Frank Kava and the Oakland Physical Therapy Center. I made an appointment and visited Frank. After ONE session, I could turn my neck further that I have in the past 7 years.
  Each visit, Frank worked on a different area of my neck and spine. Gradually, I got to the point I could look left/right while turning my neck and NOT my waist.
  My NEW challenge had become, remembering NOT to turn with my waist. I am happy to report, I have conquered that challenge.
  
  In conclusion.
  I would recommend Frank Kava and his company to anyone who has given up and with their condition and is thinking: "This is as good as it's going to get!" *** Don't give up!! ***
