  I recently got a Novi Library card and have been trying to learn more about what the community offers. I emailed Information Services to learn more about one of the adult library programs being offered and whether it was what I was looking for.
  
  The contact for the program (Thank you again Hillary!) got back to me within 24 hours letting me know what the program was about and provided three other amazing online resources (I assume she did some research before getting back to me because the resources were well written and covered the topic well) I was unaware about that could help because it was unlikely the program was what I was I needed.
  
  This is the definition of quick, friendly, and helpful service. Thanks so much, Hillary and Novi Public Library. I really appreciate the well-thought out and thorough response I received.
