  I would like to say that Paul at Miracle-Ear went out of his way to see me at the Novi office. He was so helpful at fixing my hearing aids so that I could hear much better then what the aids were set from the previous
  Big Rapids office. He also gave me a figure as to what new hearing
  aids would cost which Big Rapids did not want to let out that information.
  I had asked him about loaners if the hearing aids need to get fixed and sent in , he politely said he can help in that matter.
  So I must say he is special.
  Penny you are special also in my books. Thank you ever so much as to
  giving me directions to the Novi Office.
