  First time visiting. Four points is pretty nice. It needs a few small updates like fixing one of the elevators and a few cosmetic issues. The chop house is pretty tasty, unfortunately we had to sit at the bar to eat at 8pm. 40% of the tables were reserved probably because of under staffing. I can’t think of any other reason why. Ken the bartender is a good guy and we appreciated his company and great service. I personally feel if your going to drop a few hundred I would expect to have a table. The key thing that would bring me back is the excellent hospitality by the team there like Vanessa and Emil.
