  Lesson learned: Never pay ahead of time when you order online and picking it up. This store will make your order less of a priority if you do. I arrived at the store to pick up my order 30 minutes after I placed the order (3 med pizzas). I was told it was almost ready the first time I asked, I didn't know "almost ready" to them was 45 minutes so I waited thinking it was like 10 minutes at most. 15 minutes later, I asked where my order was and they still only have 2/3 pizza ready. There were at least 5 other customers who came in and out of the store to pick up their orders and paid in store, and there was one guy who even got his order messed up the same time as mine did and they fixed it in like 15 minutes, while mine took more than 30 minutes. So after an hour of waiting, I did not get an apology, just 2 soggy and 1 on the verge of being undercooked pizzas. What a horrible experience
