  Everyone was very nice and eager to help my father get better. Lots of warm fuzzies without wasting time, which was great!
  
  The startup was rough and uncoordinated, which seemed odd since my father was coming from their own parent company’s rehabilitation facility. Communication as to who was coming when was very difficult. Sometimes they’d try to be there at the same time which just didn’t work. And many times we’d find out they were coming as they were on the way here from the prior client.
  
  Most of the home helpers were great, and very knowledgeable in their chosen professions. Paula the OT, Gio the PT, and Eme the home care aide were phenom. Unfortunately the “nurse”, while she was very friendly and wanted so very much to help, didn’t seem to have what I’d call basic nurse knowledge. She didn’t know what the medications were, even the OTC items. As a person I really liked her, but the confidence level just wasn’t there.
  
  And I just found out today that their phone number does NOT work 24/7 as stated on the web-site, which was disappointing. An answering service would really help.
  
  Giving four stars because I’m going to assume they’re a newish company and still trying to figure out their systems.
